Andres is our resident development expert and additive manufacturing specialist. With deep experience in digital engineering and supply chain problem-solving, he helps teams go from sketch to functional prototype—fast. He holds a graduate certificate in 3D Engineering and Additive Manufacturing from the UTEP Keck Center and brings cross-functional knowledge from both startups and OEMs.

Carolyn guides Bessel and is our lead designer. Trained in architecture, with a strong eye for structure and clarity, she ensures our systems and storytelling are as precise as the devices we help bring to market.
